CNC Punch

Very high precision CNC punching is done by our qualified employees using sophisticated high tech equipment.

All CNC punching work entrusted to us is accomplished with our 33 tons Amada Vipros 358 King CNC punch press. This equipment which can punch sheet metal of dimensions up to 3/16” in thickness and 4 feet by 12 feet in size, has 58 stations with auto index allowing for a very high precision of ± 0.002 inches.

The use of such highly precise equipment enables us to manufacture parts which are exactly identical, regardless of the number of parts to be manufactured. Since every part to be manufactured is programmed on a computer, any part programmed can be made again with the same precision anytime in the future and in any quantity.

This equipment is especially useful for applications with tight tolerances et requiring very high precision. The aeronautical and medical equipment industries are good examples of industries requiring such high precision.
