CNC ProgrammingOur high level of expertise in CNC programming allowed us through the years to greatly reduce material waste which translates in a reduction of cost for our customers.All our punching, bending and cutting equipments are fully automated and controlled by CNC programs. Our qualified workforce acquired a high level of expertise along the many years of operation of our company. Thanks to this acquired knowledge, we where able to reduce material waste to a minimum by developing techniques enabling us to program the right tools and the right location for those tools. Punching and bending of parts also needs to be adequately programmed in respect with the grain of the material in order to obtain the best possible strength and sturdiness of the final product. Another important factor we consider in aiming for minimizing material waste is the optimal positioning of the parts on the sheets to be punched. Finally, our CNC punch press can be used with two or three handling holders when the highest possible level of precision is needed.
